Dunya Al Oud accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Return Eligibility

To help you experience your fragrance before committing to it, we include a sample of your purchased fragrance with eligible orders whenever available. We encourage you to test the sample before opening the full-size product.

To be eligible for a return, the full-size product must be:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original, undamaged packaging

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once a fragrance or its original packaging has been opened, unsealed, used, sprayed, or damaged, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Dunya Al Oud.

Final Sale

Samples, decants, gift cards, clearance items, and products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
